Preparation Process

Preparation :

 

Allow 2 hours for preparation. 30 min are used to cover props and backgrounds (B-roll).
Arrived at the boys | girls:

  1. Presentation of the team and taking everyone's names to make them comfortable and explain the course of the day.

  2.  Ask for the box containing all the accessories, jewelry, heel bouquet.

  3. 30 minutes max

    1. Use the sets and accessories to photograph wedding rings, shoes, ties, etc., dresses. – Macro lenses.

    2. The present videographer must take care of “sliding all the accessories or using the gimbal.

    3.  3 shots: Close, medium, full.

  4.  Enjoy to capture the decoration, the details and an express aerial scene using the drone.

When taking photos/videos:

  1. Maximize the use of windows in order to have natural lighting. Using the reflector on the opposite side will reduce the shadow. If possible use a wall of the house to make portraits. Remove all picture frames from the wall.

  2. It is essential to remember that our objective is to tell what happened during the preparation in photo and video. Important to make the difference between filming the useless and the useful.

  3. Remember the phrase '' Every dollar spent must be a captured photo and a slide sequence '' In the case where there is only one videographer, the photographer present in the men must take care of capturing some scene video too.

  4. Do not forget who pays, (the bride and groom) so make sure you have enough content from the main ones.

Videographer, main line:

  1. start capturing video scenes

  2.  Take some random photo.

  3. Remember scene creation.

  4. Vary the pick up angles as taught earlier.

Photographer, main line:

  1. Setting up the stage for official photo

    1. Either with background (weather permitting) or in the living room

    2. Using the flash and the pop-up backdrop

You can take the opportunity to record the message of the newlyweds ideally using the wireless microphone or with. You can have them recite their vows.

  • ​For the procession, in groups of 2 or 3; (if time permits) address the couple;

  • For the groom, once he has finished getting dressed, ideally near a window in a quiet place (photographer, do not take pictures during this time to avoid flash shots or camera sound during this moment)

  • Bride inside the limo looking out the window, front and side.

Reminder :

  • Reminder to capture emotions

  • Once Bride| the groom ready, make them go and greet everyone in the house, this will help to capture natural emotions. (Creating Scenes)

  • Make the groom and the bride do their “fresh” in front of the camera. ''Boss'' for the man, ''Diva'' for the woman.

  • Take pictures in front of the house and decorations.

  • Capture all items where the bride and groom have spent money

  • Take ‘’Spy’’ style photos (between door frame, mirror reflection etc)

  • Even if there are delays, we still have to do our best to have a good product.
