A unique oasis in Saint-Laurent, Parc du Bois-Franc covers an area of 1.5 km and is located in the neighborhood of the same name. Bordered by Modigliani and Pyrénées streets as well as Étienne-Mongolfier and Chinook streets, it includes green spaces and lakes, as well as more than 5 km of trails. It was designed by the architects Francis R. Findlay and Robert Findlay in the Tudor Revival style. [1] Its style is reminiscent of Scottish castles, with its central tower and battlements and turrets. It was completed in 1922, with its cornerstone containing various historical records being laid on October 14, 1922 by Mayor PW McLagan. It underwent a major interior renovation which was completed in 1965
